Most units can be stacked on top of each other and are delivered flat- packedon standard timber skids or pallets (over 720m of aS1 units can be transported in a single 20' iso containerand over 1650m in a single 40' lso container) The units can be manually lifted off the pallet placed in thedesired location and connected in a variety of configurations using in supplied joining pins. The mostrecognised advantage of JOESCO Barriers over other force protection systems is that they can utilisealmost any locally available material, natural or engineered, from sand to gravel, soil to concrete-employingminimal manpower and using wheeled front loaders, excavators or concrete skips attached to a crane.

Our blast-resistant wall has undergone controlled explosive blast tests to verify its blast mitigation and protection performance in high-risk scenarios. In a designated test zone, a specific amount of explosive was detonated at a preset distance from the wall. Test data and on-site observations showed that the wall effectively withstood the intense pressure and shock waves from the explosion, contained blast fragments within a restricted area, avoided structural collapse or fracture, and significantly reduced destructive impact on the protected side. The test fully confirms that our blast-resistant wall meets strict industry explosion-proof standards, and can provide reliable safety protection for building facilities, oil and gas depots, chemical plants and other sites with potential explosion hazards.

The meshhas an opening size of 76.2mm X 76.2mm (or 3"X3" ), and QS1, QS2, QS3, QS4, QS5, QS6QS8, QS9 are made from 8 Gauge 4mm steel wire, 10 Gauge 3mm spring, but QS7, QS10QS12, QS1.9 which is 6 Gauge 5mm steel wire, and 8 Gauge spring.There are 2 types surface treatment of Low-carbon steel wire: Galfan coating (95% zinc and5% aluminium) has a minimum average weight of 145g/m? and Hot galvanized has weight of120g/m? and 250g/m2.The geotextile is a 2mm heavy duty non-woven polypropylene, impregnated with a UV inhibitor.and is available in either beige, olive green, white and gray er by customization.Due to continuous technological innovation, currently JOESCO Barrier had added extra twotypes: fixed and detachable type.
