The core material is high manganese steel (65Mn). It is woven through a two-way process of warp and weft, and then undergoes shaping treatment. The mesh is mostly in a rhombic or square shape. The mesh surface is flat and tight, with high tensile strength. It is highly wear-resistant, shock-resistant, and resistant to deformation. It is extremely resistant to sand and stone erosion and can withstand dry and wet working conditions in sand and stone filtration scenarios. Its service life is much longer than that of ordinary carbon steel mesh. The mesh size, wire diameter, and mesh surface size can be customized as needed.
