Stainless Steel Screen Shale Shaker 

The screen frames adopt that high-strength square steel tube welded to multi-ribbed construction.
 
These screens are constructed with two or three stainless steel layers bonded to a steel support plank. Accessary rubber plugs may
be used to repair rips or tears. By doing this, we can cut down time and reduce the production costs.
 
Mesh sizes: Ranging from 5 to 325.

better.

The mesh divided into many independent small units by grids of the backing plate ,can prevent rips or tears from spreading
overmuch. Accessory prepared rubber stoppers can be used to repair damage. By doing so, the operator can cut down the stop time
and reduce the cost.

5. What is API RP 13C (ISO 13501)?
* A new physical testing and identification procedure for vibrating screens. To comply with the API RP 13C standard, the screen mesh must be tested and identified according to the new recommended practices.
* The new procedure is a revision of the previous API RP 13E, which was based on optical measurements of the screen openings using a microscope and computer analysis. In API RP 13E, the identification of the screen mesh was based on the testing methods of each manufacturer, resulting in inconsistent label identification.
6. If the screen previously labeled as "200 mesh" is now labeled as "APL 120", should I now use a finer screen?
We suggest that users choose the most suitable screen based on their own application needs, without caring about what the new "API screen number" is.
7. If a filter with a D100 of 169 microns is used, can it remove solid particles smaller than 169 microns?
