All gabion baskets are folded flat for maximum space utilization, significantly reducing container or truck loading volume and lowering transportation costs. Each unit is first wrapped with thick waterproof PE film to shield against moisture, dust, and rain during transit—critical for ocean shipping or long-haul land transport. Reinforced steel straps are then used to secure the folded baskets tightly, with 2-3 straps placed horizontally and vertically to prevent loosening or deformation. For bulk orders, multiple wrapped units are grouped into wooden pallets (optional) to facilitate forklift handling and avoid collision damage. This packaging design is fully compliant with international shipping standards, suitable for both sea freight (with anti-salt spray protection) and land transportation, ensuring products arrive in intact condition.
